Your composite floor profile's mass per unit area (kg/m²), obtained on the basis of the information provided above.

kg/m²

Other items

Input the mass of the assembly accessories (screws, nail-in fasteners, anchor bolts, connectors) based on the surface area of the product, expressed in g/m². By default, the mass of the screws, nail-in fasteners and coach screws is assumed to be 100 g/m² in standard areas. By default, the mass of the connectors is assumed to be 340 g/m². For further information, consult the technical advisory notice for the process.

g/m²

Input the mass per unit area of the necessary reinforcement (mesh and bars) in kg/m². Pressing the command "Calculate", you can determine the mass of the reinforcements. This is calculated on the basis of the number and type of mesh and bars indicated in the project design calculations. By default, the mass of the reinforcements is assumed to be 2 kg/m².  For further information, consult the technical advisory notice for the process.

kg/m²Calculate

Input the mass per unit area of concrete in kg/m². Pressing the command "Calculate", you can automatically determine this mass of concrete by selecting the total depth of your floor in mm. The proposed depths vary depending on the composite floor profile previously selected. This depth enables determination of the mass of liquid concrete in accordance with the formulae drawn up in each technical advisory notice. For further information, consult the technical advisory notice for the selected process.

For information, the data relating to the production of concrete based on XF1 C25/30 CEM II are derived from FDESs (Fiche de Déclaration Environnementale et Sanitaire [environmental and health declaration sheet]) produced by SNBPE (French Ready Mixed Concrete Federation) and available in the INIES database (http://www.inies.fr/). Data relating to cement production are provided by ATILH (French Cementitious Materials Industry Technical Association).
